Sem OneStep Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms define the conditions of use, rights, obligations, and responsibilities for the Sem OneStep service provided by yenalab.

2. Nature of the service

Sem OneStep is an educational app that helps elementary school students learn math, and may include handwriting recognition, AI problems, a review notebook, learning records, and ad-based reward features.

3. Eligibility

Children may use the service, but where required, they must use it with the consent and under the supervision of a guardian.

4. Accounts and information management

Users must create an account with the information required by the service. The accuracy and management of the user ID, password, and guardian email are the responsibility of the user and their guardian.

5. Data deletion

Users can request account deletion through the in-app account deletion feature. Accounts and learning data may not be recoverable after deletion.

6. Service changes and discontinuation

The company may change or discontinue features, content, or operations. Important changes will be announced through the app or the website.
