Sem OneStep Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Sem OneStep, provided by yenalab, is a service that helps elementary school students learn math. We value the personal information of children and their guardians, and process information only within the scope necessary to provide the service.

2. Information we collect or store

• User ID
• Guardian email address
• Nickname and grade level
• Learning records, quiz results, review notebook, jelly count, and purchased items
• Firebase authentication identifier (UID)
• Local device settings and state values required for ad reward processing

3. Purposes of use

• Supporting sign-up, login, and password reset
• Recovering learning data after reinstallation
• Personalizing the learning screen and providing features
• Processing ad rewards, maintaining service stability, and preventing abuse

4. Third-party services

• Firebase Authentication / Cloud Firestore / Cloud Functions
• Firebase Analytics
• Firebase App Check
• Google AdMob
• Google ML Kit

Each service may process information within the scope necessary for account authentication, data synchronization, app usage analytics, integrity verification, ad delivery, and handwriting recognition.

Firebase Analytics records operational events such as login method, grade and difficulty selection, quiz result summaries, hint use, ad completion, and handwriting model download status. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, locations, school names, raw handwriting, and recognized handwriting strings are not collected as analytics events.

5. Retention and deletion

Learning data and account information are stored in Firebase and in the device's local storage for service operation and recovery. Users can request deletion through the in-app account deletion feature or by contacting our support email.

6. Guardian rights and contact

Guardians may request data deletion, processing inquiries, and policy inquiries regarding their child's account. Please contact official@yenalab.com.
