Sem OneStep Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Sem OneStep, provided by yenalab, is a service that helps elementary school students learn math. We value the personal information of children and their guardians, and process information only within the scope necessary to provide the service.

2. Information we collect or store

• User ID
• Guardian email address
• Nickname and grade level
• Learning records, quiz results, review notebook, jelly count, and purchased items
• Firebase authentication identifier (UID)
• Local device settings and state values required for ad reward processing

3. Purposes of use

• Supporting sign-up, login, and password reset
• Recovering learning data after reinstallation
• Personalizing AI problems and providing features
• Processing ad rewards, maintaining service stability, and preventing abuse

4. Third-party services

• Google AdMob
• Google ML Kit
• Firebase AI / Gemini

Each service may process information within the scope necessary for account authentication, data synchronization, integrity verification, ad delivery, handwriting recognition, and AI features.

5. Retention and deletion

Learning data and account information are stored in Firebase and in the device's local storage for service operation and recovery. Users can request deletion through the in-app account deletion feature or by contacting our support email.

6. Guardian rights and contact
