If you cannot log in to the app, or cannot delete your account from the app due to a lost device or similar reason, you can request deletion by email.
Including your user ID and the registered guardian email address in your message will speed up verification. If you forgot your password, you can set a new one right away through the app's password reset feature after guardian email verification; when resetting from the login screen, enter your user ID as well.
After account deletion is processed, the account and related learning data are deleted without delay.
No data is currently retained separately. However, if a legal retention obligation applies, data may be retained only within the scope and period defined by the applicable law.
Uninstalling the app alone may not automatically delete your server account. To delete both your account and server data, please use the in-app account deletion feature or the email request process.
